The free test

Your answers are used to work out your result on the way through, and are not written to our storage. The same goes for your IP address and your browser's User-Agent: the free test keeps neither. A result page rebuilds its result from the answers carried in the link itself, which is why a link you share shows the same result to whoever opens it.

That is what we store. As with any website, the providers that serve the pages (below) process ordinary request metadata in order to deliver and protect the site.

Follow-up questions

If you use the follow-up box on a results page, the question you type and a short list of facts from your result are sent to the model provider that writes the answer. That exchange is not stored in our database; the engine keeps an answer in memory for a short time, so the same question is not sent to the model twice.

The paid order

When you buy a report, the order flow records the order reference, the report reference for each language you generate, and a pseudonymized fingerprint of your result: a hash built from your Holland code and your six interest scores. It is what keeps one payment to exactly one report, and what lets us find your order when you write to us. It is not the answers you gave, and it carries no name or email. Pseudonymized is not anonymous: we treat it as personal data.

Who handles it

Payments, receipts and the buyer's contact details are held by Creem, which sells the report as merchant of record, under its own terms and privacy policy. The site is served through Cloudflare. Follow-up answers are generated by the model provider mentioned above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Where it is stored, and cross-border transfers

What we hold ourselves — orders, report records and reports — sits in server-side storage operated only by this project. The providers named above operate outside mainland China, so serving a page, processing a payment or answering a follow-up question means data being processed in other countries, under those providers' terms. If you want this spelled out before you buy, write to support@interestlens.tech.

How long it is kept

Deletion is not automatic. The free test leaves nothing to delete; paid-order records stay until you ask us to remove them. What Creem holds (receipts, invoices, payment records) follows Creem's own retention rules.

Asking for deletion

Write to support@interestlens.tech and say what you want removed. We accept deletion requests: we remove the records we control, and tell you what sits with Creem and how to ask them. A receipt or an order reference is the quickest way for us to find your order.

What we do not collect

• No account and no password — there is nothing to sign in to.
• No card details — payment information goes to Creem and never reaches us.
• No raw answers from the free test are written to our storage.
• No IP address or User-Agent is written to our storage by the free test.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no personal data sold.
• No name, address, phone number or date of birth is asked for.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps the test progress, a language preference and a session id for the follow-up quota. Those stay on your device; the session id carries no name and is used only to count questions.

• When you start a paid order: the order reference, plus the answers from that test session, so the report can be rebuilt when you come back from the checkout.
• When a report is issued on this device: the report id and its access token, so this browser can open the report again without digging out the email.

These entries live in your browser only — we can't see them or clear them for you. Clearing this site's data in the browser deletes them; the purchase itself is not affected. On another device they won't be there: open the report from the link we issued, or write to support@interestlens.tech with your order reference.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version replaces it, and the date at the top changes with it.
