No fixed window of our own
We do not publish a refund window of our own, and we do not promise a number of days. The purchase is made from Creem, which sells the report as merchant of record, so the Creem terms are the baseline for your order.
How to ask
Write to support@interestlens.tech with your receipt or order reference and say what happened. Requests come to us first: we check the order record and handle the refund through Creem's refund process.
When something has gone wrong
A payment that did not deliver a report, a charge that appeared twice, a report that will not open: tell us, with the receipt as the starting point.
How long it takes
We do not promise a number of days. Once a refund is processed, how quickly the money reappears depends on Creem and on the payment method you used.
