InterestLens

Terms of service

These terms cover this site, interestlens.tech: the free career interest test and the one-time paid report. Using the site means accepting them.

This site

This site is published under the InterestLens brand and has one support address (support@interestlens.tech). The test is free and needs no account.

The paid report

One product: a deep report worked out from your own result. It is a one-time digital purchase of $24.99 (USD). There is no subscription, and nothing renews.

Paying

Checkout runs on Creem's hosted page. Creem is the merchant of record: it sells the report in its own name, adds any tax that applies where you are, shows the total before you pay, and issues your receipt. We never see your card number.

Delivery

When the payment completes, a private link opens the report, and Creem sends the receipt to the email you used. Keep both: the link is what opens the report, and the receipt is what lets us find your order if the link is lost.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Creem terms rather than a window of our own; requests come to us at support@interestlens.tech.

Using the report

Your purchase is for your own use. You can quote it and send it to people; please do not resell it, publish it as your own product, or copy it in bulk.

What this is not

The test and the report are not career, legal or psychological advice, and they are not a prediction about you. Nothing here is an opinion about what you should do with your life; for decisions with money, visas or health attached, talk to a qualified person.

Data and licences

The 60 items come from the O*NET® Interest Profiler Short Form published by the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL). O*NET is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Labor. This product has modified some of that content (the Chinese wording of the items, the scoring, and the presentation rules). Those modifications have not been endorsed, recommended, or tested by USDOL/ETA. License: O*NET Tools Developer License.

Occupation and salary data: O*NET Database 31.0 (CC BY 4.0). U.S. wages and employment: BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OES). The O*NET database and the O*NET tools are licensed separately.

The full wording, including versions, releases and retrieval dates, is on the Data and method page. Data and method

If these terms change, the new version replaces this page, and the date at the top changes with it.

This tool does not predict your ability, income, or job prospects. The salaries shown are occupation-level statistics, not predictions about you. Your results come from self-reported interests and are not a judgment of your ability.
